Right now, I'll be talking about the book Shine by Kate Maryon.
The book is about a girl, Tiff, and her Mum. Tiff's life is amazing and she always has something new in her life.
But that all changes when Tiff's Mum commits a crime and has to go to prison. Tiff is tossed from one place to another, first going to a children's home, then being thrown to what she thinks is the dullest place on Earth.
Tiff's family tries to make her comfortable, but she refuses to settle down, and there are still many questions in her head.
Who was her dad? Why did her Mum run away from her family? And why does her new enemy, Holly [and Holly's mum] hate Tiff and her mother so much?
I loved this book a lot and I think all you people out there should read it. The book is really creative and portrays Tiff's thoughts clearly.
It also describes things nicely and I give it a 5 star rating!
